CEO and Financial Advisor
Ross Wolf is one of Washington's Premier Financial Advisors with more than 25 years of experience in Retirement, Investment and Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, Executive Benefits and Family Legacy Planning. He also teaches continuing education to other Financial Planners throughout Washington on the subjects of Financial and Retirement Planning, Social Security and Reverse Mortgages. He is Insurance licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Ohio and North Carolina. He is Mortgage Licensed and is a Designated Broker in Washington specializing in Reverse Mortgages for Seniors. Ross is an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) and is the Owner and CEO of Wolf Wealth Management, Inc., a nationwide Registered Investment Advisory firm. Ross has a B.A. degree in Finance from Florida State University and earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designations from The American College in Pennsylvania.
Ross and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 27 years and have two wonderful children. In between Ross's car racing, Kimberly's volunteer work, Andrew's hockey, and Alexandra's horses and swimming meets, the Wolfs enjoy traveling and spending time together at their homes in Sammamish, WA, and Cape Cod, MA.
Ross is a straight-shooter and tells it like it is. He has a dynamic personality and infuses others with his robust information, solid ideas, multiple options, and pertinent financial solutions. He is most definitely an "out of the box" thinker and problem solver.
His enthusiasm for strategies in this industry is both contagious and invigorating!

Client Relationships Manager
After a fulfilling career in public education, Human Resource Management and retail, Lil wanted a position where she could still contribute to a company's prosperity while enjoying more free time. After she and her husband, Frank, came to a Pacific Financial Advisors seminar on Social Security Planning, they became clients of the firm. After going through the Financial Planning process, she realized there was a perfect opportunity for her to utilize expert skills in management and organization. Nowadays you will find Lil overseeing just about every aspect of the business.
Lil and Frank have lived in the Northwest their entire lives. They are avid motorcyclists and have toured most the the western United States. They also enjoy hiking, road trips and family outings with their dog, Holly.
Lil quickly became an intergral part of the team and her quick wit, sense of humor, and valued people skills have made her indispensible. May she never retire!
After serving in the Marines as an intelligence officer, Dan found his niche in the world of finance helping organizations go public. He was responsible for numerous IPOs in the 80s and 90s. After a short-lived stint as a retiree, he became a Loan Originator, Financial Advisor and ultimately Director of Operations and Processing. His patience and willingness to help others have always been two of his greatest traits.
Dan and his two daughters have lived in the Northwest all of their lives. He is a gourmet chef and enjoys spending as much time as possible cooking and entertaining. He loves riding his bike, reading, and going to auto races with Ross. He is the unofficial "umbrella holder" for the racing team.

Making the move from a large financial institution to founding her own boutique advisory firm was a choice Carolyn made easily after seeing the value independent advisers provide to each client’s individual financial situation. Carolyn oversees all investment activities of Ascent Capital Management, including monitoring portfolio models, manager research, capital market model development, asset allocation implementation, and risk management. She also meets with clients to review investment portfolios and implement a holistic financial plan.
Prior to founding Ascent Capital Management , Carolyn served as Portfolio Manager for high-net worth clients at Highland Private Wealth Management and was a Portfolio Manager at Pacific Portfolio in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Pile also has experience on the institutional side of the business, having worked at Mercer from 2010 to 2012 as a Senior Associate and Investment Analyst. She advised and consulted for three Fortune 500 companies on assets in excess of $2.8 billion. Carolyn received her MBA at the University of California, Irvine.
Carolyn currently lives in Issaquah, WA with her family. She has two boys, Christopher, age 11 and Cameron, age 9. She enjoys biking, playing basketball and baseball with her sons and spending time with her friends and family.

Michael Sondheim has been in the insurance and annuity industry since 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University. Michael has an extensive experience in medicare insurance and long term care planning. He knows how to create and preserve added financial peace of mind.
Mike and Kathy have lived in the Northwest their entire lives. They lived in Sammamish, Washington, for 21 years and raised their son and daughter and there before moving to Kirkland in early 2013. Active in the community and avid supporters of the Special Olympics, Mike and Kathy also enjoy biking, skiing, competitive softball and traveling. The experience and knowledge Michael provides has benefited and helped thousands of families protect their assets, preserve their wealth, and fulfill their retirement dreams and goals.
